Bakasyunista
again, after six months im here in the philippines, taking my annual leave. Seemed 'twas an ardous task while i was in kuwait with plenty of works that drained my energy. At last this time my vacation is a meaningful one.
first with ruel on my next day of arrival. the experience was simply amazing seeing my long time dream - mr jumbo himself! i got the chance to see him live for the first time in my 30 plus years of existence he he. Oh he got surprised, too. Like a long longing friend he guided me in my travail inside the manila zoo. He was indeed happy and very supportive. Mwaah..
Inside I got the chance to see some of my circle of friends while sauntering around the park. I never realized they are the ones i used to see in the movies like madagascar, shrek and the magnificent lion king. I thought i was inside the crew of the famous animal magazine the national geographic. Ho ho ho.!
Yet it was not enough. I got the wish of my life conquered as i touched and felt the lumiscent cold and soft skin of the live snake. It was not just an ordinary one, huh. But a large python snake! Ha! I conquered my fear..
Next we went to Tagaytay. We didnt mind the scourching heat while waiting the bus going to the place. We even got a maltreatment from the bus crew by not telling us the right bus going to tagaytay. Nway we were able to commute using our good judgment.
Alas we arrived Tagaytay! We felt its cool breeze winds slapping our worn faces even from far far away. While inside the tricycle the rain started pouring down as if telling us not to proceed anymore. The rain really washed the once dried road prompting the tricycle driver to slow down while we were starting to get wet all over hu hu..nway since it's our first time, we went as planned. The heavy rain didnt stop us from visiting tagatay.
So we braved the stormy rain. We arrived the area with many people still waiting to see the majestic taal lake and its volcano. some managed to take protection from the guard house while others stood inside the many booths of vendors selling souvenir stuffs.'twas almost 4pm when the rain finally took its final exit.
Yes, it was "sulit" indeed to see the floating taal volcano situated placidly in the serene taal lake. Wow, the nature lifted our spirit. The children had fun riding horses while we consumed our time communing the picturesque scenario.
More on my few adventures this year.
